We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our Supply Chain Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of finished goods, ensuring that the stock levels are accurate and sufficient to meet customer demand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the inventory of finished goods, ensuring that the stock levels are accurate and sufficient to meet customer demand.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to forecast demand and ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of finished goods and manage the receipt of incoming stock.
  • Conduct quality checks on incoming stock to ensure that it meets the required standards.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and stock holding costs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the stock control function.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in stock control.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or Procurement and Logistics or equivalent.
  • 1-year experience as a Stock Controller.
  • Skills in Inventory Management, Customer Service and Attention to Detail.
