Senior Night Care Assistants required for a Dementia care home in Fareham, Hampshire, PO16.

As a Senior Night Care Assistant you’re your responsibilities will included:
· To provide leadership to the care staff within Hunters Lodge Care Home
· To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager
· To supervise the care services within Hunters Lodge Care Home in accordance with agreed standards
· To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain practices as up-to-date
The night shift runs from 8pm to 8am.
Experience of working with Service Users, in particular, those that may have additional support needs is essential for this position.
Ideally you will have completed an NVQ 3. Training & support will be provided to complete qualifications.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Hours/Shifts: 36 hours per week & alternating weekends
Wage: From £12.36-£12.71 per hour
COVID-19 considerations:
LFD Testing and temperature recording required on arrival
Appropriate PPE provided
Hand washing facilities at Reception
