Pay rates from £10.50 to £11 per hour with guaranteed hours
We are a Domiciliary Care Agency that provides support for elderly people in their own homes.
We are dedicated to making the living conditions of our clients as comfortable as possible whilst remaining in their own homes, making a positive difference in our clients’ lives. We believe this starts with our team of care workers.
We require Female & Male Home Care Assistants & Care workers to provide domiciliary care in Hampshire (SO50,SO16, SO51,SO52, SO53, SO30, SO31, SO32, PO17) Post Code area and surrounding areas.
Having your own car is beneficial and a drivers license

Training opportunities. Depending on your position within the company and your experience we offer Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Licence/Certification: Full UK Driving Licence and Own Car (Essential).
Work Location: Community
Duties:
Assisting the service user with bathing, grooming and getting dressed
Handling household tasks like grocery shopping and laundry
Preparing and serving meals at the appropriate time
Administering oral and topical medication after medicine management training
Providing mental and emotional support
Making recommendations to family members and healthcare personnel on the plan of care
Organising suitable recreational activities for the service user
Collaborating with other health care and social care professionals to provide the best possible care
