Three Islands Nursing Home is situated in Toomebridge, Co.Antrim. We are professional, agile and provide a high standard of person-centred nursing care to 40 individuals with complex needs, physically and mentally.

Three Islands Nursing Home is currently recruiting Care Assistants to join their friendly, caring, and progressive Nursing Home. This is a vital role within the Home, working as a team to deliver excellent care to much loved residents.

Responsibilities:Working as part of a team to deliver excellent quality, person-centred care to all residents, Enriching the lives of residents through the organisation and delivery of activities, Updating and maintaining records using a computerised system inline with patient care,Supporting the nursing team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Ideal candidate:Caring nature, Excellent communication skills, specifically with individuals with complex needs, Committed to consistently delivering a high standard of care and a Good Team player.
