Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for an individual with excellent communication skills to join our team on this 53-stationed chronic haemodialysis unit.

The successful candidate will assist registered nursing staff in caring for patients who require haemodialysis and become a member of the multidisciplinary care team.

The setting up and decontamination of equipment is a major part of this role. The work is routine, physically demanding, challenging and rewarding.

Due to specific nature of the job candidates are strongly advised to call and book a visit to the department.

Flexibility is essential – the unit operates between 7.00am and 12.30midnight Monday – Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

To assist qualified nursing staff to meet the physical, psychological and social needs of patients receiving haemodialysis treatment
