WORKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
Tailor (1 Post)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drafting and designing patterns.
• Cutting and sewing.
• Ironing sewn garments.
• Packing and Recording received items and sewn garments.
• Preparation and processing of requisition.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• The candidate must have a Certificate or Diploma in Cutting and Designing or equivalent.
• Experience in Cutting and Designing.
• Experience in sewing protective clothing, sportswear and interior Deco utilities.
• Familiar with operating heavy duty sewing machinery including overlocking machine.
• Experience in the Industry or University set up will be an added advantage.
• Being able to grasp the process of drafting requisitions and record keeping for ensuring transparency will be an added advantage.
