Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users by promptly responding to inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software, including operating systems, applications, and network components.
Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement system enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
Assist in the development and execution of IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and equipment, and assist in procurement activities when necessary.
Provide training and guidance to users on the effective and secure use of technology tools and resources.
Conduct marketing activities, including online prospecting research and prospecting via phone calls and emails, to support business development efforts.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in information technology and marketing techniques, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in technical support, marketing, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS.
Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and conduct marketing activities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Customer-oriented approach and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
