Job Purpose
EcoCash Holdings is looking for a competent, versatile, and dynamic Service Delivery Manager to join its diverse team. The role exits to manage the day-to-day operations and support of the organisations systems as per business requirements and ensure continuous uptime.

Key Responsibilities
• Manages system operations processes and procedures including system performances, disaster recovery, design, and implementation.
• System support and optimization- Azure optimization.
• System stabilization – Evaluate problem areas and decides corrective actions to improve performance and/or maintain reliability, security and integrity of systems
• Innovation – Recommends new technologies and manages systems upgrades.
• Product development – Manage the implementation of new products and services on the platform.

• Ensures that all organizations’ applications and services are available in line with best practice through direct reports.
• Plans periodic system activities, procedures, and delivery schedules for implementation.
• Provide liaison to internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to services, applications and processes.
• Manage the change control process on applications and seeks full approval from senior management.
• Analyse the need for systems and applications in view of Use Cases by defining technical requirements and feasibility of implementation.
• Facilitates the identification of feasible solutions in support of business requirements.
• Monitor the implementation of Roles and Responsibilities on all systems and ensures best practices and policies are followed.
• Provides corrective action to system incidents and advise on all permanent issue resolution.

Qualification, Skills and Experience
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent plus relevant vocational qualification.
• 4 to 6 years’ experience in a similar or related environment and one of which should be in a management position.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to interact at all levels within the organisation and with external parties.
