The Royal Oldham Care Organisation is looking for patient focused support staff to join ward T5.
As a team of dedicated health care professionals, T5 are proud to announce their recent success in July 2020, in achieving the ‘SCAPE’ awardin the Nursing Accreditation and Assessment System (NAAS).
The Healthcare Assistant role is key in ensuring that our nursing teams are supported to deliver consistent, high quality, patient centred care.
Main duties of the job
Your care for other people and your willingness to go above and beyond to provide the best possible care to patients and relatives will ensure your success in the role. Friendly and approachable in your style, you’ll be someone who can communicate well, be able to organise your workload accordingly and be a reliable point of support for patients, relatives and your colleagues.
Completion of an NVQ level 2, apprenticeship in Care or equivalent training is essential for this role, please refer to the job description.
