Our client, a well-established international franchise who manufactures a global brand is seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to the position of HR Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for all the H.R processes and procedures throughout the organisation.
The Job Involves:
Participates in the development, review and implementation of the human resources policy and procedures to improve delivery of the HR Strategy.
Effectively coordinating and facilitating the recruitment and selection process in line with the HR Strategy of the organisation.
Managing the induction, probation administration and performance management processes.
Attending to all industrial relations issues and ensuring that these are resolved within the provisions of statute.
Keeping the staff directory and organisational charts up to date.
Handling payroll administration processes.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and labour laws.
Ensuring employees follow policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience within a HR environment.
