Job summary
- To provide support, advice and signposting to the families, friends and carers of people who use the Trust’s services, across the Trust footprint.
- To support staff to enable families, friends and carers to be recognised as key partners in care.
- To promote the Triangle of Care (ToC) standards and principles, and other carer specific initiatives to services and carers.
Main duties of the job
- To undertake any other reasonable duty, which is appropriate to the band, when requested by Senior Staff.
- To be familiar with and comply with all Trust and departmental policies,procedures, protocols and guidelines.
- To be aware of and work towards the Trusts strategic goals.
