About the client:
Our client is a home care provider that specialises in providing personal care and home care support services. Our client is looking for home care Workers who require TIER 2 sponsorship and have the following:

  • Desire and a passion to make a difference to people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about helping people
  • Available to work alternate weekends
  • Work well in a team and alone
  • Must be a driver with a valid international passport

All with the prospect of career progression.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the service user around the home
  • Providing personal care i.e help with showering, using the bathroom, dressing etc
  • Meal preparation- hot and cold nutritional meals
  • Administration of medication
  • To be an integral part of the team to support all aspect of the care role.
  • Keep all record up to date with accurate information.
  • To be an integral part of the team to support with all aspect of the care role Manage and administer medication Assisting the service user with feeding Keep all record up to date with accurate information Provide support with personal care Provide support with Nutrition and Hydration Use Moving and handling equipment
  • Joining us as a home care worker does include working early mornings, later nights and the weekend- we are able to offer a range of flexible working hours to suit you. Qualifications and skills

  • Degree in Health & Social (Preferred)
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in similar role (Preferred)
  • Driving licence
  • Care Certificate training
  • Previous experience in administering medication
  • Flexibility to work shifts and rotas
  • Proficient English level: IELTS: or above; or OET: C or above
  • Police Clearance

Tier 2 certificate will be provided after successful evaluated by our client
