PROJECTS AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Reporting to the Projects and Administration Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing projects, property maintenance, managing asset register.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Identifies property/land for development.
  • Coordinates and supervises property development projects.
  • Compiles property valuation reports.
  • Ensures that buildings/workplaces are maintained in good condition.
  • Prepare and enforce lease agreements.
  • Handle tenant/ landlord complaints and issues.
  • Maintains a composite master asset register.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Rural and Urban Planning, Civil Engineering.
  • Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Valuation Certificate.
  • 3 years’ experience in project management.

The positions offer attractive remuneration packages commensurate with qualifications and experience.
