Reporting to the Projects and Administration Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing projects, property maintenance, managing asset register.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Identifies property/land for development.
- Coordinates and supervises property development projects.
- Compiles property valuation reports.
- Ensures that buildings/workplaces are maintained in good condition.
- Prepare and enforce lease agreements.
- Handle tenant/ landlord complaints and issues.
- Maintains a composite master asset register.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Rural and Urban Planning, Civil Engineering.
- Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Valuation Certificate.
- 3 years’ experience in project management.
