An exciting opportunity has arisen in DIHC, for an experienced HCA to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team. We are looking for a HCA to join our dynamic team, focussing on providing support to our patients in Nursing and Care Homes in Dudley
Main duties of the job

- Work as part of the ECHT
- Maintain accurate records in line with DIHC policies and appropriate patient electronic record.
- Enhance own performance through continuous professional development. Attending team meetings, supervision sessions and training courses

Qualfications
Essential
- GCSE Grade 4 or above English and Maths or equivalent
- NVQ level 3 qualification in health and/or social care or equivalent Level 3 relevant experience
Desirable
- Experience in wound management.
- Qualified in Phlebotomy and injection administration
Knowledge/Experience
Essential
- Willing to undertake future training to learn new skills and develop your role.
- Experience of working within a Multi-Disciplinary Team, under own supervision.
- Worked within a Nursing or healthcare environment
Desirable
- Flexibility and adaptability within the role and ECHT business needs.
- Relevant experience working within: Elderly care. Dementia, Mental Health., Learning Disabilities.
