Chipinge Town Council
Reporting to the Fire Officer;
Key duties:
- To attend to fire and rescue operations
- Attend to road and other accidents
- To carry out civic awareness protection campaign
- To ensure efficient functioning and readiness of firefighting equipment
- To attend to emergency calls urgently
- To service and maintain fire hydrants
- To carry out any other duties in line with organisational goals as assigned by the Fire Officer.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 ‘O’ levels including English
- Firefighting certificate an added advantage
- Class 2 Driver’s licence
- At least 1 year experience
- Age 18-35 years
