The Clinical Assessment Unit at Rochdale infirmary is a 24 bedded Medical unit that Provides outstanding patient centred care.The Team are looking for patient focused support staff to join the expanding team.The Healthcare Assistant role is key in ensuring that our nursing teams are supported to deliver consistent, high quality, patient centred care every time.

Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care or a Care Certificate, or willingness to work towards
- Maths GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service
Desirable
- Previous experience of Microsoft office
- NHS experience
- Experience of promoting care formally / informally
- Basic knowledge of IT packages
- Experience of working in a team
