Our client in the FMCG manufacturing industry is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced IT administrator with at least 3-4 years’ experience .
The incumbent will be responsible for;
- Investigating and diagnose network and hardware problems.
- Installation and configuration of all IT solutions.
- Setting up new users and managing security, passwords and backup.
- Assist IT users with daily needs.
- Conducts any other duties that may be assigned by his/her superior.
- Repairs and replaces hardware parts as required.
- Knowledge of Pastel Evolution Knowledge, Windows 2008, 2012 and 2016+ server, SQL, 2008, 2012 and 2016+ Server, Active Directory Experience, Virtual Server Network trouble shooting Experience, Cyberoam, Firewall Knowledge, Helpdesk Systems.
- Work accurately under pressure and meet all the IT set deadlines.
- Perform financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Information Degree.
