An exciting opportunity exists for 24 x Floating Brand Ambassadors to join Mukuru. This position will be based in the following locations in Zimbabwe:
Harare x 9
Chitungwiza x 3
Masvingo x 1
Nyika x 1
Kotwa x 1
Karanda x 1
Madziva x 1
Empressx 1
Victoria Falls x1
Bulawayo x 3
Ruwangwe x 1
Marange x 1
This position is responsible for housekeeping, customer service and queue monitoring at the booths and branches. In addition, the Floating Brand Ambassador is responsible for trading as a teller whenever it is called for
The Booth Teller reports directly to the Regional Manager.
Internal Liaison with Teller, Farmers, Regional Manager, Branch Manager. External Liaison takes place with host shops, customers, police, CIT.
Duties and Responsibilities (Include but is not limited to):
Provide world class customer service
Sign up new customers on the Mukuru app
Maintain high levels of cleanliness inside and outside the branch or booth
Manage the queue at the booth or branch
Maintain awareness of any security issues in and around the booth or branch
Process remittance transactions accurately
Ensure correct and valid documentation in provided by customers in order to ensure legal compliance
Manage own stock to ensure accurate balancing
Provide customer support
Maintain current knowledge of foreign exchange
Uphold the company brand
To manage own professional and self-development
Key requirements:
Grade 12 / or equivalent (Essential)
Mukuru Forex Consultant training course (Essential)
Must remain current and competent by passing tests and assignments (Essential)
Understanding and speaking of a local language (Essential)
1 year Customer Service Consultant experience (Essential)
Cash handling experience (Desirable)
Knowledge of foreign currencies
Knowledge of exchange control regulations
